KidoPal is developed and operated by MojtApps ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of parents and children who use our application.

We believe that your family's data belongs exclusively to you. KidoPal is built on a zero-server, privacy-first architecture: we do not operate user-tracking servers, we do not sell or monetize personal information, and we do not embed third-party tracking frameworks.

2. Information Handled by KidoPal

KidoPal collects and processes only the minimum data required to manage schedules, habits, and device lock states:

A. Family Profiles & Routine Schedules

Custom profile names (e.g. child nicknames), daily routine schedules (e.g. Bedtime, Homework), and lock configurations are stored locally on your device and synchronized across your family devices using Apple CloudKit.

• This data is stored exclusively in your private Apple iCloud database container.
• MojtApps cannot access, view, intercept, or modify your CloudKit data.

B. Apple Screen Time & App Shielding

KidoPal uses Apple's native FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks to enforce parental restrictions on-device.

• Under Apple's privacy architecture, KidoPal receives only opaque application tokens (not actual app names, browsing histories, or message contents).
• All blocking and unlocking decisions execute strictly on-device by iOS.

C. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

All financial transactions, subscriptions, and billing are handled directly by Apple through StoreKit. MojtApps never receives, processes, or stores credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details.

3. Strictly Zero Third-Party SDKs & Tracking

We do not track you or your children across other apps or websites, and we never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for any purpose.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Protecting children's online privacy is our top priority. KidoPal complies strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K):

• The Application is intended to be set up, configured, and supervised exclusively by parents or legal guardians.
• We do not collect personal identifying information (such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical locations) from children.
• No children's data is transferred to or stored on external servers operated by MojtApps.

5. Data Security & Storage

Because KidoPal operates without centralized developer databases, your data is protected by Apple's built-in system security and iCloud encryption:

• Encryption in Transit & at Rest: Sync communications between devices are encrypted using Apple's CloudKit protocols.
• Apple ID Authentication: Access to family synchronization requires valid Apple ID credentials on your authorized family devices.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data at all times:

• Deleting the App: Deleting KidoPal removes all local data and configurations from your device.
• Clearing iCloud Data: You can manage or delete your app data from your iCloud container at any time via iOS Settings > [Your Apple ID] > iCloud > Saved to iCloud.
• Because we do not store your data on external servers, no residual copies remain on our systems when you delete your data.

7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your geographic location, you enjoy full transparency and control over your data:

• Right of Access & Portability: All configuration data resides on your own device and in your private iCloud storage.
• Right to Deletion: You can purge all application data instantaneously without needing to submit a formal deletion request.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or regulatory changes. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
